My on-going attempt to capture the evanescent...
- I would like a word for the smell of flour as it begins to absorb water. Rock, earth, and asphalt have 'petrichor.' Like that. But for flour. Tritichor???? Farinachor???
- I dislike the word 'just' (when it minimizes something or someone).
- I need a long life; I am a slow learner.
In writing, No word is too short to delete.- The older I get, the less I trust aphorisms.
